Thank you for your response and quick action, Robert. Your site is a perfect use of non-commercial photo licenses, and I am honored that you chose my photo. I have seen some prominant mushroom websites attempting to "copyright" the work of others, so indeed when I saw a potential legal term, I got nervous. My concerns have been assuaged. Keep up the good work!

As far as I'm aware, I'm using the photos from those sources within the scope of the licenses with which they were published; if you see a case where this is is error, please let me know and I'll fix it.

Re: "incorporate" - if you're referring to my usage of this word on the "About this website" page, I meant the verb as in "to include", not in the legal sense. I'll change the wording to clarify. I also added a link to Mushroom Observer - a most excellent website, I agree.
Thanks for the comment, and also for making available the fine photo above!

how are our photo copyrights being treated? I see many fine photos on this site from various sources (Mushroom Observer, Wikipedia, etc.); how can you "incorporate" photos that don't actually belong to you?

also I don't see a link to Mushroom Observer anywhere, a fine, free original source of some of these photos.

otherwise, nice project!
